Returns & Exchanges
I only accept returns and exchanges due to issues of quality or if the item does not match the listing. I do not accept returns and exchanges due to a change of heart. Feel free to contact me for more pictures or information if needed.
Returns and exchange details:
I package my artwork with great care. Please contact me immediately if there are any damages to the artwork.
For full returns or exchanges contact me within: 3 days of delivery
For full returns or exchanges ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers outside the United Sates: Please contact me to calculate additional shipping rates. Artwork and shipping fees for international orders will be invoiced directly, and must be paid in full before artwork can be shipped.
TIMING: I try my best to ship within 3 business days after payment has cleared. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Custom orders and fine art prints may take longer due to production time — if this is the case, your listing will state the expected shipment time.
TRACKING: Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please understand that once the item leaves my hands, I have no control over the postal delivery service and tracking information is unfortunately not always correct.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: I typically require signature confirmation on original works of art.
